1/2 Cup Chia Seeds
2 Tbsp Cup Flax Seeds
2 Tbsp Cup Hemp Seeds (or other Non-Dairy Milk)
2 Tbsp Cup Cacao Nibs
4 Cups Hemp Milk
1 - 2 Tbsp Cacao Powder
Cacao Nibs (optional)
Pour Non-Dairy Milk into a Jar, then add the Chia Seeds, Flax Seeds, & Hemp Seeds. Shake Well.
Add the Cacao Nibs and Cacao Powder, then shake again for 10 - 20 seconds. Make sure that the seeds don't bunch
up on the bottom of the jar, so keep shaking if necessary until the seeds stay afloat in the milk.
Place into the refrigerator for 1 hour or let sit overnight (my preference).
Scoop out into bowl and add desired toppings (frozen or fresh fruit, cacao nibs, dried coconut, etc).
