1 ¼ Cup Organic GF Flour (i.e. Almond, Coconut, Buckwheat flour)
¾ Cup Organic Rolled Oats
4 Ripe Bananas
¾ - 1 Cup diced organic Medjool dates
1/3 Cup Non-Dairy Milk (I prefer Hemp or Rice)
¾ Cup Chopped Walnuts
1/3 cup Sunflower Seeds
1/3 – ½ 100% Dark Chocolate Morsels
¼ Cup of Chia Seeds
¼ Cup of Hemp Seeds
¼ Cup of Flax Seeds
¼ Dup Cacao Nibs
2 Tbsp Cup Coconut Oil
1/3 Cup Maple Syrup (you can use sugar if desired)
1 Tbsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Cardamom
1 tsp Nutmeg
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 Tbsp Cacao Powder
1 – 2 tsp Macha Powder
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Mix dry ingredients together.
In a large bowl, mix wet ingredients together, separate from the dry ingredients.
Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
Place mixture into greased muffin tin (I prefer using coconut oil).
Bake for 45 minutes. (Use the toothpick method to see if insides are done. If not, bake more in 5 minute increments).
